Overview

Nestled on S Tejon Street in Colorado Springs, Paris Crepe is a genuine creperie that delivers an authentic slice of France. This small but vibrant spot, far from being just another café, offers a menu rich in creative both savory and sweet options. From the Strawberry Banana Nutella crepe to more adventurous dishes like the Salmon Benedict and Mushroom Steak crepes, each plate tells a story crafted by a dedicated kitchen with heart.

The crepes themselves strike a delicate balance: thin, tender, and perfectly golden, folding thoughtfully paired ingredients—from the Mediterranean to Algerian influences—that delight without overwhelming. This blend of classic technique and inventive toppings appeals to a diverse audience, from breakfast seekers craving the simple elegance of eggs, cheese, and onion, to those chasing global flavors like the Turkish or Deluxe crepes.

Paris Crepe’s ambiance channels a warm, welcoming vibe. While some perceive the décor as quirky and perhaps a little eclectic, the space invites guests to linger and savor their meal amid friendly faces and genuine smiles. Regular customers praise the personal touch, with the staff remembering names and preferences, transforming each visit into a homecoming rather than a mere meal. For visitors with dietary preferences, including gluten sensitivity, the attentive team ensures safe options prepared with care—demonstrating a rare commitment in casual dining.

Espresso drinks like the Cinnamon Maple Latte and the Chai Latte with Almond Milk add a comforting complement to the rich crepes, crafting a full sensory experience. Despite the small team working behind the scenes, service flows smoothly, handling busy periods with grace and calm, reinforcing the feeling that this is a labor born of passion rather than industrial efficiency.

Located in an area that might initially raise an eyebrow, Paris Crepe is a hidden treasure well worth the visit. Its appeal stretches beyond locals to travelers and food lovers seeking food with soul—an antidote to cookie-cutter eateries that flood the scene. Here, every crepe feels like a crafted gift, a taste of France carried through simple yet refined ingredients and heartfelt service.

Whether you come for the savory morning crepes or a sweet dessert indulgence, Paris Crepe offers a cozy, authentic culinary journey. It’s a place where quality ingredients, creative cuisine, and genuine hospitality meet, beckoning all who cherish good food and welcoming spaces.

A Hidden Gem of a Creperie We've driven past this little crepe cafe in a seemingly sketchy part of town, always wondering but never stopping. Today, we finally decided to give it a shot, and I can say without a doubt I regret not stopping sooner! This place is a true hidden gem, proving you absolutely can't judge a book by its cover. The ingredients are clearly the stars of the show here. The quality translates into some of the most incredible crepes I've ever had. Their menu shows a lot of creativity, with both fantastic savory and sweet options. As someone with Celiac disease, I'm always nervous about finding safe gluten-free options. The staff here was wonderful; they understood my concerns and assured me they would clean the surface before preparing my gluten-free crepe with either their buckwheat or garbanzo bean batter. This kind of care and attention to detail is truly appreciated. We ordered the salmon Benedict crepe and the mushroom steak crepe. The salmon Benedict was delightful, & the mushroom steak crepe was otherworldly. I'm still trying to figure out what that heavenly seasoning was. Both crepes were so outstanding that, even though we were completely full, we couldn't resist ordering a German dessert crepe to share. Good vibe as well in the restaurant. This place is an absolute must-visit. You won't regret it. Their food will immediately transport you to France

There's not enough words for me to describe how great, awesome and delicious this place is. I moved to Colorado a year ago and on my first visit with my kids here, Dan (crepe chef) greeted us with such a warm heart, and the BEST part besides the food of course is that we get that same warm hearted welcome every time we visit. Today my kids and I visited this place for my Birthday breakfast and he brought me over a birthday crepe, which was such a beautiful gesture. The staff is always so generous and caring, and Dan always makes sure we are taken care of every time we come to visit. It's just so nice to see that someone remembers you every time you visit and greets you with that same big smile, and ensures we receive the same great quality and customer service on every visit. Which brings us back to this place every time. Extremely & highly recommended place to eat.

My chicken mushroom crepe was good but slightly over salted. I didn’t try the sweet crepes but I’m sure they were excellent. But I was disappointed in the lack of table service (you have to order at the counter) yet we’re expected to tip. Plus I was slightly put off by the large space and the odd furniture arrangements. It felt a little bit like leftover banquettes from an old age home or something. Just plonked around in a space without any real design. And a million Eiffel Tower statues to remind you that it’s a French restaurant. Maybe I’m spoiled and have eaten at too many amazing creperies in my life, but this was just a meh for me. 3.5 stars rounded up

I stumbled across Paris Crêpe the way many good things in life are found—through good ol’ Google. As a naturally curious (and always hungry) traveler, I did what I always do: I read through the reviews, weighed the stars, and thought, “Yep, let’s go.” And I’m so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this wasn’t some flashy, overly polished tourist trap—it was something better. This place has heart. You can feel it in the air, see it in the way the staff moves, and taste it in every single bite. There were moments where it seemed like the entire operation was run by just one person, which at first had me wondering how they possibly manage it all. And then, suddenly, another person would appear, working just as hard and just as gracefully, and I found myself genuinely impressed—almost mesmerized—by how such a small crew could handle everything with such care and calm. It wasn’t just good service, it was grace under pressure, the kind that makes you want to root for a place and its people. Now, let’s talk about the crepes. Oh, the crepes. Chef’s kiss. Thin, tender, golden perfection, delicately folded with thoughtfully chosen fillings that actually felt balanced—not just thrown together for the sake of filling space. Each bite melted in my mouth and left me wondering if I could possibly find room for another one. (Spoiler alert: I could.) We did have a little hiccup with the order—our crepes arrived before the coffee, and at first they brought out just one coffee when we had ordered two. But you know what? It didn’t matter. Because they fixed it right away, with kindness and no fuss, and by the end, everything was just right. I can’t fault a place for being human, especially when the humans in question are hustling so hard and still managing to deliver an experience that felt incredibly warm and delicious from beginning to end. In a world full of cookie-cutter cafés and “Instagrammable” eateries with no soul, Paris Crêpe stands out in the most refreshing way. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why small businesses matter—why food made with love and effort tastes better. So yes, go. Whether you’re a local or a traveler like me just following the digital breadcrumb trail, go. Support this gem. Praise the hard-working hands that make it all happen. And get the crepe. (Get two.) We shared ours family style, give that a whirl!
